✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened or used products (due to hygiene and safety reasons)


🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at diamondcafeshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect).


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us if needed.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund—our treat!
